In my research, I focus on behavioral strategy, particularly the adaptive properties of organizations - systems of distributed but interdependent cognition, knowledge, and action. I examine how organizational structure influences behavior within and between organizations. My work explores processes such as organizational search, learning, and decision-making in uncertain and complex environments.
